I am extremely disappointed experience. I booked an AC sleeper bus, but after booking, I was informed that the bus had met with an accident. Instead of arranging another AC sleeper bus, I was forced to travel in a seater bus with very limited legroom. I paid for a comfortable AC sleeper journey but received a completely different service. The lack of legroom made the journey uncomfortable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I also have concerns about the explanation provided for the bus replacement and request that investigate the matter transparently. Customers should receive the service they paid for, and any unavoidable changes should be handled fairly with suitable alternatives or compensation. I expect the company to take responsibility, investigate the issue, and provide an appropriate resolution. I hope steps will be taken to prevent other customers from facing the same situation.

The bus broke down and instead of a sleeper bus, provided a normal seating bus which was very uncomfortable. The bus reached the destination at 11.45 am. It was one of the worst travels in my entire life as I booked a sleeper seat because of my health issues.
