The vehicle was very old and driven at a very high speed, causing constant rattling and mechanical noises, as if nuts and bolts were loose. There was also a strange noise coming from the ceiling, as if bats or other animals were inside. The ceiling appeared to have moisture and humidity issues, making it unpleasant and unhygienic. The side panels were covered with stains and marks, clearly indicating poor cleaning and maintenance. The seating was so uncomfortable that I developed back pain after just one day of travelling. Overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. If you cannot maintain your vehicles properly, please stop providing this service until you can. Instead of operating poorly maintained vehicles, take responsibility and do something to improve the situation. Customers deserve a safe, clean, and comfortable journey.

Very Poor Bus Service – Not Recommended Please avoid booking this bus. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. There was no proper contact number, and the number provided belonged to a different bus. The bus arrived nearly 2 hours late, and the drop-off was delayed by another 2.5 hours. To make matters worse, there were no charging ports available on the bus. During the journey from Marathahalli to Kalasipalya, I had to wait for the other bus to arrive so I could change buses. I was not the only one facing this problem; several other passengers were also left waiting. The service was extremely inconvenient, poorly managed, and unreliable. If you need to travel home urgently or have an important commitment, please do not book this bus. You may end up facing the same problems and unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

Today (dated 18.10.2026) the journey from ernakulam to kannur with emerald travels, the worst decision i ever took. paid XXXX rs because of pooja holiday price hike. shitty ass service. vehicle broke down midway. 2.5 hours lost there. another bus came as replacement. these knuckle heads avoided new highway, not to pay toll. while travelers suffered hours of valuable time loss just because they chose this worst ever travel agency. no food nothing. 12 hour time spent for a moderate 6.5 hour maximum ride. no one's gonna compensate us for the time and sufferings we endured.
