Very bad experience with Emerald Travels. This is an AC bus, but the AC was not turned on properly. The staff behaviour was not up to the expected standard. The driving was not comfortable, and the overall bus condition was very poor. The suspension quality is very bad, and the bus was shaking a lot during the journey. The seat recliner was also not working. The only positive point is that the timing was okay. Overall, I do not recommend this bus service.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. My boarding point was Domlur, Bangalore, but the driver completely missed it. I was forced to rush to another location at the last minute. Disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
