Always late.

Cleanliness is good but it could be better. All services are excellent and travel's boarding time is exactly perfect. This is very good.

Not able to eat anything as bus stopped for only 5 min. Last second seat 29L: not able to sleep whole night.

Poor experience regarding the food halt. The driver/conductor stopped at a very unhygienic and substandard mixed (veg and non-veg) dhaba. The ambience was not comfortable at all, especially for pure vegetarians. The operator should carefully select better, cleaner, and hygiene-compliant food outlets for family and passenger halts.
jaypal tupat
Good job.

Here are the points I would like to put forward. Buses are never on time as per the app or site. Driver or staff calls to arrive 15 minutes before, and passengers keep waiting for an hour. The staff must announce on the mic system about any stop so one may go to natural calls. Lady passengers are forced into embarrassing situations when the drivers do not stop at good sanitised stops but do stop at small roadside hotels with poor washrooms which do not have doors and latches. There must be washroom stops with better facilities at regular intervals and more frequently in the morning hours. The parcel luggage that buses load on points and on the way may contain hazardous chemicals or inflammable materials. The buses are for passengers or parcels as per government norms. Operators must make sure the cleanliness of the bed covers and blankets, and buses must be vacuum cleaned. It is just because people do not get train tickets easily or on time, and many places are not on rail lines, else no one would opt for travelling by these so-called luxury buses.
