We booked bus tickets from Hyderabad to Annavaram on 18.10.2026. We boarded the bus at the scheduled time. However, on 19.10.2026, at approximately 7:05 am, the bus staff asked us to get down at Yerravaram, which is nearly 30 km away from Annavaram, our actual destination. As we were travelling to Annavaram for the first time, we were unfamiliar with the route and relied on the information provided by the bus staff. We got down at Yerravaram as instructed, only to realise that we had been dropped far away from our destination. We were shocked and extremely disappointed by this irresponsible and unacceptable behaviour. The conduct of the bus staff was highly unprofessional, and their failure to ensure that passengers reached the booked destination caused us considerable inconvenience, distress, and difficulty. Such negligence and irresponsible behaviour towards passengers are unacceptable. We strongly condemn this incident and request the management to investigate the matter, take appropriate action against the responsible staff, and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other passengers in the future. We expect a proper explanation and an appropriate response from the management regarding this serious lapse in service.

Timing is not good. They didn't even answer calls even though bus is late. And we don't know where it is exactly. Live tracking also did not work initially. I got around 4 numbers and no one answered calls. It is ringing.
