1) Water bottle should have been given to customer at the time of boarding without asking for it. 2) Proper time should have been communicated to customer in advance for refreshment/washrooms, especially with ladies and children on board. Thanks to on board staff who accommodated the families traveling with Devraj. It was a good experience.

No toilet facility as it was mentioned in the booking. An eaten apple was there at baggage storage which was not removed.

The AC of the bus was good, but there was no stoppage for washroom or tea break. The bus was 1.5 hours late and reached Amritsar 3 hours late.

False timings were posted. Bus reached at 7:05 am. Travel time was falsely shown as 1 hour 45 minutes. The time taken by Volvo bus to reach Jalandhar from Chandigarh via Ludhiana is usually 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours. Bus arrived at 7:05 am at Tribune Chowk Chandigarh and arrived near PAP Chowk Jalandhar at 10:45 am. Otherwise, actual time taken by the bus is within the usual. Seat comfort was good. Please stop posting false timings.

First of all, when I contacted the bus crew member, he told us to change the designated boarding point. After that, they came very late at that point, and as per schedule, the bus was supposed to be at the dropping point by 8:05 am. Now it is 10:35 am, and I am still in the bus, which is just ridiculous.
