Nothing was good. Dirty sheets, worst rest stops where was spread around. They have never washed or changed the pillow or bed covers. Least hygiene.

terrible experience bus driver ans conductor doesn't help live tracking doesnt work passengers are too loud but staff doing nothing bus didn't arrived in time and live tracking wasn't available and staff doesn't pick call how the hell anybody will know where the bus is terrible experience

Bus travel escaping highway checkpoints and got delayed by 3 hours. Very bad service. Don't travel in this bus, especially if any elders are there. Not a good bus to travel.

The bed was dirty and had a very bad, strange smell. Poor cleanliness and hygiene. Very disappointing experience. The bedding should be properly cleaned before every journey. Not recommended.

Driver phone number couldn't be reached. We waited for 1 hour more than the scheduled departure of the bus from Dhaula Kuan pick-up point. When I called the bus operator, he said the bus had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I asked him, I booked my ticket 10 minutes before and live tracking showed the bus running, so how could he say the bus was cancelled? After too many calls, the driver's phone number was switched off. After more than 1 hour, we got a call from another number from the driver saying he's coming in a few minutes. Worst service.
