No food packet and water bottle was provided. The bus was late for three hours, but that was not the concern as it was unavoidable. However, refreshments should have been provided as promised and mentioned during the booking.

No issue with bus service except the rest stop/boarding point has no facility for seating and safety, especially for women travellers when the bus got delayed.

This was one of the worst bus experiences I've ever had. At around midnight, the staff woke me up and another female passenger and told us to get down immediately. We were half asleep and had no idea what was happening until we were already off the bus. The biggest issue is that my booked dropping point was near the bus stand, but they dropped us 5.6 km away on the outskirts of the city. They then casually said they "don't go inside the city." If that's your policy, why sell tickets with an inside-city boarding/dropping point? Passengers should be informed before boarding, not abandoned in the middle of the night. Dropping passengers—especially women—at an isolated location after midnight is completely irresponsible and shows zero concern for customer safety. This is unacceptable service, unprofessional behavior, and a complete breach of trust. I will never travel with this operator again and strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

They loot in the name of BHARATBENZ and PRIMO. Hygiene of bedsheet is so bad that when I cleaned my face after waking up in the morning, my handkerchief got black.

The list of U4 seat was not working. Overall good.

Pathetic crew. Every km local passenger has been taken by them for side earning. AC terrible. Blanket terrible. Driver ability I have doubt. 3 hours late. My humble request to everyone please avoid this bus while coming from Vizag to Bangalore. Literally painful experience.

I was supposed to land at 11.25am but the bus delayed and I landed at 1.50pm. It was delayed.

bording location was wrong I said to bus driver to wait due to wrong information given in site but the refuse kindly change it to correct location very bad experience I lost my money and time

Very bad experience. All blankets were dirty. The blanket which I wore caused my skin to get infected and itch. The AC is not good in this bus. Please, I request the bus authority to clean the blankets and the seats.
