Driver and conductor are ok, but I called the boarding point contact number when the driver number was unreachable because my boarding point is missing in the new area. I asked the boarding point member (where is my boarding point and the driver number is not reachable, and where I will go at this time). They answered disrespectfully to me.

The bus departed on time despite being late every day, and they couldn't even wait for us for 10 seconds. I was on medical emergency, I couldn't reach Hyderabad on time. I'll suit complaint in consumer court. They will pay for my loss.
