This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life; I would never recommend them to anyone. They did not provide the driver’s contact number. The only number shared was for the boarding point, and the person handling it was extremely rude. Whenever I called, he dismissively told me to wait—he had neither the driver's details nor any information about the bus. After waiting for 45 minutes, a driver arrived in a Chevrolet Tavera to pick us up. Nobody had informed us that there would be a connecting pickup vehicle. I had to travel from Sholinganallur to Koyambedu in that cab, and once we reached Koyambedu, we were made to wait another hour before the bus finally arrived. I had seen a few negative reviews earlier but assumed they were one-off incidents; it turns out this kind of mismanagement is their regular practice.
