Pathetic experience, this may be the last time my travel in this bus. Reached Mangalore at 8:30 instead of 6:20 am for no reason. Conductor or helper, whatever you call, he is not ready to listen to anybody. He is telling while booking you should know all. Anyhow, good luck.

Bus got spoilt midway before Hebbal. The bus was supposed to be Bharath travels but it was Capitol travels. It was a completely different bus.

Please have the option of extra pillow or side pillow for leg-rest, as lots of people have the habit of it, like I cannot rest without a side pillow. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

As I write this review, I am still in the bus. The bus came 2 hours late for pickup, then stopped at the same pickup point for about 45 minutes. I have not reached my destination yet. I got off in Puttur and am now on a government bus to Mangaluru. The bus has a lot of luggage and was running late at the pickup point by 2 hours 30 minutes; then commercial luggage pick-up and drop-off took 1 hour. Overall, the bus was late by 4 hours 30 minutes without any prior notification.

The bus should reach by 5-5.30, but it reached by 8.30. Wanted to reach somewhere on time but could not reach.

Bus pick up was at 9.45 pm, but came to Nagawara at 12 pm. And had stopped for an hour at Nagawara. Again at 1.30 am bus stopped to load goods (luggage). Bus was supposed to reach Mangalore around 6 am, but still I'm at Puttur (Padil) 8.20 am, so it will take another 2 hours. Horrible experience coming in this bus. When we booked bus which came was capital. Bus is stopping to unload goods every time. Now it's been more than 8.3c0 hours, still not yet reached. I'm not understanding if I'm travelling in goods bus or passenger bus.
