All these are manageable but that conductor's behaviour is not acceptable. Not picking calls properly and ignoring what a passenger asks about anything relating to pickup and drop location. He acts like he is the real owner and other staff behaviour is at the same level as compared to this person.

Mentioned 3hrs but took 4.30hrs to reach Berhampur from BBSR. Being a non-stop bus, it keeps at every stop. Punctuality is main concern. It could be improved.
