First of all, the bus arrived very late and didn't inform about the late arrival. When it comes to bus condition, it was hectic and horrible because when I booked the bus, they had shown some pics, and when the bus arrived, I was really shocked. The shown pic of the bus and the one that arrived were different, not clean, there was water leaking as well, and throughout my journey, there was a nauseous smell which was terrible, and the driver didn't care about all these. I suggest not to travel in Asian Express, especially to Ooty.
