I travelled from Ranchi to Siliguri yesterday, and my overall experience was excellent. The bus was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional, and their behaviour was really impressive.

The parameters vary from bus to bus. But most of them are safe for girls, staff are good as well. But the issue is that the live tracker never works, kindly fix that. Some of the dhaba stoppages are a little more expensive than usual, they even charge more for chips or other packaged foods. The toilet flush never worked on any bus I had travelled. Again, comfort varies bus to bus and even seat to sleeper.

Very bad travel experience, highly disappointed. One of the worst bus travel experiences I had ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the overall journey was very uncomfortable and disappointing. The staff and management needed to improve their service and take passengers' comfort seriously. We paid for a proper service, not to suffer throughout the journey. I would not recommend this bus to anyone. Please think twice before booking this bus.
