The pillow was very old and torn, and the blanket was also in poor condition. I’m not sure whether the blanket was properly washed or not. The bus staff were also frequently turning off the AC, and whenever someone raised the issue, they said it was due to a switch problem. However, we felt that the AC was being turned off intentionally. The luggage compartment (dicky) also seemed to be very dusty, as when I reached my destination and took out my bag, I found a lot of dust on it. Since my bag is black, the dust was clearly visible. The bus also reached the destination about 3 hours late, but that was not the staff’s fault, as there was a huge traffic block on the way. However, the overall berth comfort was quite poor, especially because of the condition of the pillow and blanket. Even though the bus is old, the amenities should be replaced or properly maintained when they become too worn out.

The bus was late by 40 mins. The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15 but did not arrive till 10:45. However, I did receive a message earlier from the driver that the bus would arrive at 10:40, but on the app it was showing 10:40 and that it would take 27 mins more. So I got worried as I am a single female traveller. I called the assistant but he was very rude to me. I do not appreciate this type of behaviour from the bus staff despite the bus not arriving on time. Overall experience was bad because of the waiting time and the rude behaviour of the staff.
