Ac is not working continuously. Driver turns off ac frequently. It is so difficult and suffocating after the ac is turned off. They stopped the bus two or three times at unknown stops and once for around half an hour.

The water bottle was not given at the right time or when it was given, hot water was provided. The basket to keep the seat items was also not fixed; all the items were falling. The bottle holder was broken, and the basket was missing on some seats.

Bus was jerking continuously, no curtains were there and also they switched off the AC when the bus started its journey on mountain roads. The bus was simply like a non-AC seater bus, not worth it. Very bad experience. And also it was late by 2 hours at the dropping point.
