Very old bus with no comfort in sleeping. I couldn't sleep the whole night. It was so disturbing to travel in this worst experience.

No punctuality, horrible condition of bus like a general dabba of a train, after that they diverted the bus from Kangra to another destination giving excuses that RTO staff were there to cut challans, which meant the bus did not have proper documents and they were playing with passenger safety and women safety. Without verification buses were running on the road. The actual time to reach Dharamshala was 6:00 AM, but we reached 9:00 AM. From next time, I was not going to book from this platform.
