I did not board the bus yesterday at all. I am unable to understand how your records show that I was picked up from my boarding point and successfully reached the destination. I never boarded the bus, but the trip status has been updated as if I had travelled and completed the journey. This information is incorrect and misleading. I request you to investigate this issue immediately and provide a proper explanation. Please correct the trip records and take the necessary action regarding this matter.
