Extremely disappointing and disrespectful service My experience with A1 Travels was extremely disappointing. They provided a boarding point at one location, but when we arrived there, we were told to go to another boarding point that was more than half a kilometre away. Instead of communicating properly and helping passengers, the staff spoke to us using disrespectful language. Passengers deserve clear boarding instructions and basic respect. It is completely unacceptable to change the boarding location without proper communication and then verbally abuse customers who are already trying to board the bus. I had a very unpleasant experience and felt extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. A travel company should understand the importance of customer service, especially when passengers depend on the boarding information provided to them. I would not recommend A1 Travels unless they improve their communication, staff behaviour, and treatment of passengers. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that no other passenger has to face the same situation.

Worst bus ever to travel. Nothing was there in the bus. No blanket, no water, very uncomfortable. The bus needs serious maintenance.

The AC wasn’t working, and the bus had only the driver, and no other staff, so no-one couldn’t inform me when my stop arrived. I ended up getting off nearly 70 km past my destination. It felt like travelling in a non-AC bus with the windows closed. Giving 2 stars only because the driver kindly guided me to a bus stand where I could catch a bus back home. One of the worst travel experiences ever. Would never recommend Travels.
