Pickup van was one hour late at my stop and that stop is on the road with no sitting place, too irritating so much. By experiencing this, I thought to give a negative rating but main bus was excellent. Restroom also good.

My overall journey was very uncomfortable and disappointing. There was no pre-boarding confirmation call, and neither the office nor the driver’s number was answered when I called for clarification about the limited boarding points. The bus was old, poorly maintained, and not clean enough to justify the high ticket fare. Many newer and more comfortable buses are available at much lower prices. Allowing food inside an AC bus causes inconvenience to other passengers due to strong food smells. Moreover, the staff woke up sleeping female passengers by touching their bodies to get their attention, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Staff should respect passengers’ personal space and use a polite verbal announcement instead. Overall, the service lacked comfort, cleanliness, proper communication, and professionalism. The fare was not worth the service provided. I would not recommend this service unless significant improvements are made.

Very worst service. Staff is very rude and bus is very messy. Altogether, they will stop the bus in the forest and ask females to use the outdoors for the washroom.

There are no charging points with a 3-pin plug. Washroom facilities need to improve by stopping 3-4 times during the whole trip.
