Bus didn't come for pickup. I booked another bus and reached Kundapur. After calling so many, they didn't respond, and still MakeMyTrip also didn't answer my query.

Lifetime worst experience ever, bus got seized by police for not paying tax. It was in the police station where I boarded. Driver is speaking vulgar and unprofessional language when I asked for alternative bus and refund. No arrangements, driver left bus in police station and left.
