Punctuality was a major concern. I had to cancel my connecting trip because of the late running of the bus. Secondly, mobile charging is something we normally expect in a bus with a long journey of approximately 12 hours, but no such facility was available.

Bus reached three hours late to Rameswaram, but I was running late at my pickup due to rain for only five minutes. I was requesting the staff, but they did not wait for me. I was travelling following the bus and caught up after 10-12 km, but still the bus did not stop for minutes after my multiple requests. I respect the timing, but after this, why did the bus reach Rameswaram three hours late? Very bad experience. No supportive service. Not recommended.
