Bus operator will not call you and left you behind. You are roaming here and there for their bus stop and they will leave you behind without any call. After that, they will blame you for this situation. Worst experience ever.

Very bad and disturbing service I received from the Red Bus app.
Mohit
Highly arrogant staff.
Tushar Jha
Very poor experience. The bus felt overcrowded like a local roadways bus, with passengers leaning toward us throughout the journey, making it very uncomfortable. Staff behavior was unprofessional, cleanliness was poor, and overall travel comfort was terrible. Not recommended for long-distance travel.
