I had a very disappointing experience with my recent bus journey. Even though I had booked a seat in advance, nothing about the trip was satisfactory. The bus was poorly maintained, the seats were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. The staff were not polite or helpful, and the travel was delayed without proper updates or communication. Overall, the service was below expectations, and I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. It was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had.
