2 hours delay. I went to my office late, and that was why my meeting and my deals cancelled.

This is the worst experience. The bus pick-up time was 4:15 pm, but it came at 5:00 pm. The drop time was 6:20 am, but it dropped at 7:45 am. I have an interview today, and the maintenance of the bus was worst. They are not providing blankets also.

I had a very bad experience travelling from Tuni to Hyderabad yesterday with Sridevi Bus Travels. The seat was not properly maintained and someone had vomited on it. Although the staff cleaned it when I informed them, it was still uncomfortable to travel. I had no other option but to continue the journey in those conditions. The staff did not provide proper support to ensure passenger comfort. Very disappointing experience. Please improve seat maintenance, cleanliness and customer service.

1hr delay at the time of departure and there are no contact details for the driver. The staff is least bothered about the passengers. We hadn't boarded the bus yet, and it was already moving. The same thing happened on arrival.
