I and many of us in bus requested the conductor to lower the A.C cooling temperature but he totally ignored. Badly, totally bad experience.

This bus did not maintain proper time. The Volvo express bus was stopping at each and every bus stop and taking local passengers. Too many passengers were traveling without booking, leading to overcrowding inside the bus. Despite the seats being full, the conductor allowed local passengers. The push back seat was not working properly. The seat was too large for one individual, and the space between two seats was too small. The driving was very poor. The journey from Digha to Esplanade was supposed to take 4 hours and 30 minutes, but it took over 6 hours.

Bus in good condition, a/c super fast, time from Esplanade to Old Digha 4.45 hours, but rest food counter very bad quality
