There was no live tracking available for this bus. The bus was supposed to arrive at the pickup location at 9:45 PM but it was 20 minutes late. I saw the bus staff arguing with the passenger about this issue instead of acknowledging the mistake. The sleep comfort is pretty average. There was no blanket, nor a drinking water bottle provided.

there was no live tracking. when I got the bus in map bus was still in Bhosari. But bus came on time. at dange chowk location mentioned is rose wood hotel seems like bus driver was not aware. he stopped at dange chowk under bridge. since I had no luggage I came quickly and got the bus.
