One of the worst staff. Worst behavior. I booked bus at 11 pm Salem to Chennai. I went to boarding point before 10 o'clock. SRT bus driver called me at 10.30 and he told me to stay at your boarding point at 10.50. I said ok anna but he didn't tell where the exact location of the boarding point was. I called him at 10.50 and I asked where the bus was. He told bus was in the boarding point. I said I was also in the boarding point. He told me to come fast. I said ok wait I will come. Then I called him at 10.55 o'clock. He raised his voice like where are you. I said anna I am coming wait for me. He shouted his voice then he said within 11 o'clock come to boarding point or else I will take off the bus. After that I said and shouted like you didn't inform me regarding that boarding point but he said informed like that but he didn't inform me about the boarding point. Then he took off the bus. I was at the boarding point at 11.05. Because of his mistake I lost my bus and amount.
