I booked tickets for my parents to travel from Chennai to Madurai on 30th October 2026. I specifically selected seats L4 and L5 to ensure their comfort. However, during the journey, the bus staff changed their seats to L15 and L16 without my consent. They gave the seats I had originally booked to new passengers who boarded along the way. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I booked specific seats for my parents, but the bus operator failed to honour my booking. Customers should not be forced to compromise on their reserved seats just because new passengers board later. I request the bus operator to take this issue seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Passengers must be given the seats they have paid for and booked in advance.

Boarding 10.30pm to dropping 8.50 am.

Deboarding time takes 1 hr 10 min more than it is mentioned. Ac cooling is not sufficient. Otherwise good.

Was a very wonderful experience on time drop. Staffs were polite. Safety for women.

One of the worst bus experiences lately! I booked 2 seats to Trichy for my mother and grandfather. Since my grandfather is elderly and needed to reach Madurai, the attendant assured us he could be dropped there for an additional ₹xxx, which we paid. After reaching Trichy, the driver rudely refused to take responsibility, saying they didn’t know whom we had paid. The other attendant was equally rude. If this arrangement wasn’t allowed, why did their own staff collect the money and agree to it? We trusted their assurance to avoid the inconvenience of changing buses for my elderly grandfather. Extremely rude staff, poor coordination, and terrible customer service. Avoid this bus.
