my drop was Tambaram sanatorium and asked staff to stop bus they also said ok we will drop u there but they dropped in Tambaram flyover bridge itself from there by walk came to bus stop and catch another bus and came to Tambaram sanatorium very worst travel none other bus won't do like this stuffs.

Arrived at 11.30 am, too late and no proper response from driver, no cleaner, didn't keep my luggage in luggage bin, poor interior, worst bed, bad AC completely horrible experience.

One of the worst experiences in the bus. They are not even following the timeline. If they can't, then why mention incorrect timing in the application.
