Subject: Feedback and Suggestion Regarding Sharing Sleeper Seat Booking Dear Rishabh Travels Team, I recently booked a sharing sleeper coach due to an emergency journey because single sleeper seats were unavailable. Interestingly, the seat next to mine was showing as vacant online. During the journey, the passenger sharing the seat with me took up most of the space and was using both blankets and pillows doubled up. Dealing with such discomfort takes away from a smooth travel experience. I would like to suggest a feature for passengers who are forced to book a sharing seat due to single seats being unavailable: If a single seat opens up at any upcoming station during the journey, the system or staff should give first preference to the sharing seat passenger to upgrade or shift. Implementing this change would greatly improve passenger comfort and overall satisfaction. Thank you.

The bus only had curtains and there was no sliding door, so there was absolutely no privacy. Moreover, the conductor was opening the curtains without any prior information or permission, which was completely inappropriate and made the journey very uncomfortable. The AC was also not working properly and was not providing adequate cooling. Overall, the entire journey was a very poor and disappointing experience.

The journey was okay overall, but the driver and staff were not very polite while talking to passengers. Their way of communicating could have been better and more respectful. Also, the cleanliness of the seats was not up to the mark. I hope they improve the staff behaviour as well as the cleanliness of the bus in the future.

It is comfortable to sit in; the driver and staff are good. The bus is completely clean and comfortable, and it arrives on time.
