Overall, it was a nice travel experience. However, the bus was scheduled to arrive for boarding at 9:00 pm but reached around 9:30 pm, resulting in a one-hour delay in reaching my destination. The rest stop could also be more hygienic and well-maintained. With better punctuality and cleaner rest stops, the overall experience would be even better.

I like the timing. Committed time of departure was 20.10 hrs, whereas bus departed at 20.00 hrs and arrived at the destination 10-15 minutes prior. Like normal bus travel, conductors or coordinators make a lot of noise and shouting to wake up the passengers, whereas I experienced the conductor going to each berth and silently calling the passenger without disturbing other travellers' sleep.
