Very worst experience while booking is different during journey time the bus is different full scam.

Very poor punctuality management. They started the journey last night at 12 o'clock, but onboarding time was mentioned as 10:30. We reached at 10 o'clock this morning, but they had mentioned time as 6:30. I lost my work schedule today.

Scheduled departure - 10:45 pm, bus arrived at hopes college at 11:45 pm, started from location at 12:00 am. Completely unhappy.

Not satisfied with this trip. Bus timing was 10.30 pm but the driver took the bus after 11.30 pm. Seat was also not comfortable and clean. Waste of time and money. We did not get a water bottle during the travel.

Bus arrival time was 11:55 PM but they came 1:05 AM. Literally 1hr delay and reaching time also delayed. Actual departure time is 4:45 AM but we reached at 7:00 AM.

Inside the AC, water was leaking. The driving was the worst. The seats were not clean. My dropping time was 4:50 am, but I reached at 7:00 am.
