We have booked ticket from Ayodhya to Hyderabad. They did not pick up at Ayodhya. They told us to come to Sulthanpur for the pickup point. We travelled through our own arrangement. After reaching Sulthanpur, they again changed the location to Prayagpuri. We waited there for two and a half hours. The bus was in very, very poor condition. What was given in booking had no amenities like no AC, no cleaning, no proper seating, no water bottle. Inside the bus was like a general compartment. That may be better than what we experienced inside the bus. Four people were sitting in each seat. It was crowded like a santha. Some people were smoking inside the bus. We called the owner of the bus but there was no response from his end. What can I do? He is saying. They stopped the bus where lorries stop. Very unhygienic and no facility, roadside degraded hotel. The most important thing is they stopped the bus at Nagpur and said this bus travel is till Nagpur only. They dropped us at the roadside outskirts of Nagpur. After three and a half hours, another bus came with the same condition. No amenities, no proper seating. We faced a terrible and very, very poor experience on this journey. No value for money.
