The staff were not bad. The timing was as expected. The cleanliness was not very good. I lost my sleep due to the AC problem, so the seat comfort was poor.

I wouldn’t even give one star. The seats were completely wet and water was leaking from the roof of the bus throughout the whole night. I couldn’t sleep even for a single second. Very bad experience.
