Terrible experience, complete waste of money and time! The bus broke down midway through the journey, leaving all passengers completely stranded. The service provided was pathetic, and there was zero support or accountability from the staff and operator. No prompt alternative arrangement was made, causing extreme delay and immense mental harassment. This operator provides completely bogus service with poor vehicle maintenance. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking tickets with this travels operator.

Windows are not properly closed and the same thing is observed by many passengers. The bus condition is not very good. Need to upgrade the bus.
