My overall travel experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We had to wait for almost half an hour, with no prior information or update regarding the vehicle's arrival. At around 1:30 PM, we contacted customer care for assistance. Although customer care answered our call, the contact number initially provided for the bus or driver was switched off. Customer care then provided us with an alternative number, but the driver answered only after almost 7-8 attempts when he left. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing proper assistance and handling the situation responsibly, we had to deal with disrespectful behavior. The entire experience reflected poor coordination, lack of communication, and unprofessional management. Customers should not have to repeatedly call, chase drivers, and wait without receiving proper updates. A travel company should ensure timely service, reliable contact details, proper coordination, and respectful customer handling. I was highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone unless significant improvements were made in their operations and customer service. Need the refund for inconvenience happened.
