Wonderful experience with travels! The staff was exceptionally caring and professional. A special thanks to staff, who helped us just like family. When I fainted inside the bus, he immediately drove us directly to the hospital and dedicated his valuable time to make sure I was safe and alright. The bus journey was okay overall, but there were a couple of issues that need improvement. The restroom where the bus stopped was not clean or hygienic. I was also dropped off around 1 hour and 10 minutes later than expected, which was quite inconvenient. I request the management to ensure better restroom facilities and improve the drop-off timing for future journeys.

I have booked thinking there will be a good bus with high price. Later, I got a call saying the bus broke down and they would arrange a new bus which is shady and has no toilet. The bus did not stop at my boarding point as I was waiting to see the bus number shared with me by SMS or WhatsApp, but the actual bus number was different. When we reached the satellite bus stop, the conductor announced Majestic, and I got down. Only a few minutes later did I realize it was not Majestic station. Overall, a pathetic experience with a high price.
