I called their number minimum XXXXX times. That was office no. They never attend and after XXXXX min on outside highway. Other bus calls me to pick. Also seat was changed after new bus. No surety for pickup and very scared situation if you are new in town. Never recommend this travel.

Bus service is very bad, bus facility not proper then not give a blanket, water bottle, sleeper not slide door. My experience this bus first time but very bad then future not travel this bus.

First, I booked a sitting seat, but they did not have any sitting seats available on their bus. They forced me to take a sleeper seat and charged me extra for it. Then, the bus was very noisy while travelling, and later, in the middle of the journey, the tyre burst. They had no proper solution for the problem, because of which I was delayed by almost 2 hours and missed my train. I am very disappointed with their service.

No pillow and water bottle provided. Seats were not clean and hygienic. No bed sheet on these. Driving was very terrible. Bus was very noisy.

I have booked the bus. But at the last moment they sent me to another bus. I selected the second sleeper, and they are saying your sleeper is the first one. Not happy with the service. They have not provided me with a water bottle either.
