Staff are not polite. They are talking in a very bad manner. When I ask about my pickup stoppage time, they are shouting at me. Very unsatisfied with the response and driver is not receiving the call also.

1 hour late start from boarding point, poor quality AC, and bus breakdown 15 km before destination, and no alternative managed from bus staff.

The bus journey was uncomfortable due to the malfunctioning AC vent. The AC vent above my seat was stuck blowing directly onto my face. Although it was supposed to be rotatable, it would not stay in the desired position and kept turning back, making it impossible to redirect or switch off the airflow. Additionally, the bus GPS repeatedly showed "Location Lost" throughout the journey. This made it difficult for passengers and their family members to track the bus in real time. Kindly ensure that both the AC vents and GPS system are properly maintained before future trips.

The bus was supposed to start at 9:00 AM but it started at 11:00 AM. A 2-hour delay is unacceptable. Very poor time management and disappointing service.
