Terrible experience with travel bus service. Bus delayed over 2 hours (scheduled departure 8:30 pm but actually departed 10:30 pm). Operator was rude and gave me wrong information about why the bus was delayed. They changed the bus route not as per the scheduled route. Seats were not cleaned properly, AC was not working properly.
