The bus I booked from Pamarru to Kukatpally is seized by police on the way at Davulur Tollgate, they changed to RTC bus which dropped at MGBS from there I had to hire an auto for me and luggage by paying extra charges, reached destiny 3 hours late from actual time.

Journey is horrible there is no pushback for seat and sleep is uncomfortable with those seats also it's like worse than APSRTC, bus windows glasses not working properly to pull for air, worst maintenance ever. bus condition also not good, please don't suggest these buses again.

1. Live tracking did not work. 2. Bus seats are not clean. 3. Reached the destination 3 hours late. The time mentioned to reach my destination is 3:40, but it reached my destination by 7 in the morning.

very bad travels i have never seen till now
