I did not get any information about which platform number the bus will arrive at and I called the bus operator but did not get an answer. Usually, one hour before departure, I used to get information about the bus plate number and platform number, but this time I did not get any information. As a new customer, I almost failed to find the bus.

Too old bus and interiors are unhygienic. Rash driving is a terrible experience. The driver did not care about humps.
