AC was off for hours and driving was too harsh. Passengers were sleeping in passage.

Travelling from Vijayapura to Pune in Click bus facility is too worst, as two times vehicle got break down, driver is too worst and staff also not good. Bus got delay by 4 to 5 hours. Too much bad bus service and worst journey in my life.

1 hour late to pick up. Water from AC. Dust on seat and surrounding. Used and smelling only blanket, no bed sheet. Didn't recommend anyone Click Bus. Still not reached destination

Bus was late by 4 hours with many false reasons and no alternative help to passenger, seat on street for 4 hours in midnight, very bad service don't book this bus again.
