It was Volvo bus, the O ring was damaged due to which the bus went down 5 times. Two times they had to stop the bus for 1 hour for repairing. It was expected to reach by 8:30 am in the morning but it reached by 3 pm. Who is responsible for this? Many passengers wanted to travel somewhere else but because of your bus timings they didn't reach the destination. So so pathetic punctuality from Canara Pinto.

Very bad service. The hours to reach my destination was 14 hours but it took nearly 24 hours. The bus engine was stopping. There was pipe issue as well as mechanism issue.

Seat not comfortable for sleeping. Booking money was very high. Not satisfied.

Seats are smelling. Cleaning is not maintained. Window is leaking and rainwater comes inside. All seats and curtains are wet. I had booked a sleeper seat but I travelled all night sitting down.
