When start journey it was good but after that unreserved passengers were also taken. They were standing beside the seats. Not a comfortable journey it was. Thank you.

Firstly I would say the bus was changed and we got a different numbered bus and the AC was not working. The conductor overcrowded the bus and was also abusive.

My seat was allotted to someone else offline mode. The manager was trying to convince me to vacate the seat. Later, he allotted me another seat. This is what I experienced.

They switched off the AC halfway to destination. It was very suffocating. We are never going to book this bus again.
