Adhira bus is the worst travel. 3.5 hours late Chennai to Madurai. In red bus they mention (9.40 p.m to 6.30 a.m), but they picked up 1 hour late (10.40 p.m to 10.00 a.m).

Keep stopping the bus for filling seats and delayed arrival for 3 hours 30 minutes. Bad seats and maintenance. Government buses are better compared to this. I don't use this transport henceforth.

Actually boarding time was 9:00 pm. Bus started only at 11:20 pm. Worst experience ever had.

Very worst service. Before boarding point, transport shared wrong driver number and boarding exact place was not mentioned in ticket. The bus number was not shared before boarding and live tracking did not work.
