KRT Travels Bus Booking

Time.

Bus came very late. Nearly 1 hour 30 mins.

Different vehicle. 1 hour delayed. Bus condition very poor.

Seat comfort is ok. Arrived 15 to 20 mins late and maintained the same time in drop too. Excellent and safe driving. Will book again

Worst.

Bus was very comfortable. But there was no attendant in the bus, so the driver was multitasking by calling the passengers at each stop, persuading quarrelling passengers, checking for return of passengers after a stop. Hence there was a delay. More staff can be employed. Other than this there is no issue.

Not reached in location within bus time

Couldn't sleep well because of bus interior sound when bus moves.

I would give negative infinity if I can. First thing, it doesn't even look like proper travel bus, it looks like a government bus got converted to travel bus without having proper emergency exits. Second thing is the odour, it felt like someone vomited and left uncleaned. Third thing is the driver attitude, he doesn't even know how to talk properly to people who are new to this route. Fourth thing, is the way he drove, it was like 30km/hr to 40, at max, 50km/hr, f***ing slow as hell, got delayed by almost 4hrs, completely unacceptable. Final thing is the worst of all, is the way he put out old song while he drives in the mid night while everyone was sleeping. There is a loud speaker which is connected at the top at the backside of the bus. He put out a song in the midnight around 12AM, till 2AM, 3, 5, till 9AM all the way in my journey. My sleep was completely gone that night. Request redbus to take strict actions on these buses and drivers. Very bad. Please don't book this bus at all if possible.
