I would like to share feedback regarding my recent travel experience. I requested the staff to stop the bus approximately 350 meters away from the designated boarding point, as I was traveling with my child and luggage. While the bus eventually did pick us up, the staff’s behavior and tone were quite rude and uncooperative. I was told to come to the boarding point without any consideration of my situation. What was particularly disappointing is that the bus later made multiple stops at locations other than designated boarding points to pick up other passengers. This inconsistency in behavior is unfair and unprofessional. I request you to treat this as constructive feedback and take steps to improve staff behavior and customer handling. A more cooperative and respectful approach from the staff would greatly enhance the overall travel experience.
