Traveling experience was good, driver and conductor are so kind-hearted, my suggestion is please provide blankets and charging ports; both are basic needs, otherwise all good

If RedBus is providing these kinds of services, I would never book buses from RedBus. The charging point was not having any power, neither were the seats comfortable, and the bus condition was horrible.

Worst journey in my life. Taken 14 hrs from Bengaluru to Shiggaon. Stopped bus every 1 hr. No call to passenger during pick up time. Left some of them at their pickup location. No passengers chart with driver or conductor. Passengers continued fighting in the bus with driver.

Driver stopped outside the city and said you can go by walk. Worst experience ever had. I walked 1.5 km to bus stop.
