If sometimes there is an emergency case and you need to cancel the ticket, 90 per cent of the amount is charged as a penalty. Even if the booking is within one hour, the same penalty charge is applied.

Too much vibration felt. Seat 5 window was not opening, locked due to broken lock. That made huge noise, not able to sleep entire night. Worst.
